Long term rentals
There is one more service in addition to our main service - daily rent apartment - this is long-term rent. We recommend you to see the apartment by yourself because you will stay there not a few days but for long. Rent per month includes: cabel TV, phone (subscribe payment), water.
You have to pay for gas, electricity, access to the Internet, cleaning, washing. The owner of the apartment also takes a deposit which is equal to a payment per month. It will be returned when you check out if there is no damage in the apartment. Minimal term of rent is 2-3 months but most owners prefer longer term rent - 6-12 months.
Please pay your attention to the fact that there are some difficulties finding an apartment in summer.
Payment of our service is 50% of rent payment for the first month. We are in charge of finding an apartment, showing it to you and making a contract between the owner and the leaseholder. The list of apartments you see on our website is not all we have. Contact us and we will find the best one for you.
