1. What is the booking procedure?  For reservation you need to pay one night rate deposit, the balance should be paid on arrival for the duration of your stay. Payment can be made in dollars, Euro, national currency of Ukraine – hrivna according to the current exchange of the day when you check in. You can find out more about this procedure in details on our website in the “booking policy” section.

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

PayPal .Your deposit can be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discovery or American Express using PayPal`s secure online payment program. If you are not a member it is fast and easy to join. (This system does not require your credit card details).www.paypal.com

Western Union. You can make the deposit through the web site: www.westernunion.com, or through any Western Union office in your country.

Bank transfer. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this is the most time consuming method. It can take more than 3 days to receive the money during which apartment availability may change. If you prefer this method of payment contact us for details!

Webmoney. If you are not a member it is easy to become one: www.webmoney.ru

 2. Can we conclude an agreement for lease? Can we get the receipt or invoice confirming the payment?  Of course. Our business is absolutely legal and if our clients need such documents we can issue a receipt with the original stamp and provide an agreement for lease.

  3. Do you offer any discounts? First of all, if you order an apartment for more than 7 days we arrange free of charge transfer from the airport. Our driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it.  He will take you to the apartment and help you with your luggage. If you come for a long term we can also offer attractive discounts. Make your choice and write us, we will make a deal.

 4. Is security deposit required? Yes. When you book an apartment it is fully furnished and so the owner requires a damage deposit. The deposit is between 50-100$. This is a refundable deposit and will be refunded on the day of your departure on the condition that nothing is damaged in the apartment.

 5. What is your Cancellation Policy?  A first night rate deposit securely reserves the apartment in your name and it becomes unavailable to other clients.  The deposit is used as non-refundable compensation for the owner if you have changed your plans and you don’t arrive. We understand that there are different situations and we do our best to find suitable solutions for everybody. If the trip is merely postponed we may be able to retain the deposit for the later date.

6.  Do you accept credit cards?  We accept credit cards only for paying deposit. PayPal is a great way to use your credit card. You may pay the deposit with either MasterCard, Visa, Discovery or American Express using PayPal`s secure online payment facility. If you are not a member it is fast and easy to join. : https://www.paypal.com/ The balance should be paid in cash on arrival. With passport and credit card you can withdraw any amount you wish from a bank or one of the many ATM points in the city.

7.  Is Your On-Line Payment System Safe?  Yes. We use the world’s most trusted on-line payment system, with over 130 million members covering a network of more than 190 countries. PayPal encrypts your credit card information using the highest level of security commercially available. The transaction is between your computer and their server, meaning OdessaEasyRent never sees your credit card information.
Signing up to PayPal is free. All you need is a credit card and an email address. To send the deposit you pay no fee.

  1. Why is it better to stay in an apartment rather than in a hotel?  The first and the most important benefit is price. Apartment prices are lower than hotel prices and you will find the quality of the apartment is no worse than in good hotels. There is no standardization of room quality or service in many hotels in Ukraine. An additional advantage is that apartment bookings through us are absolutely confidential, let alone that the attractive home-like atmosphere offers a personal experience, completely unlike hotels.

2.  How do we get to the apartments?  Be sure to highlight your arrival time in the booking form, please. If you ordered a transfer from the airport, our driver will be waiting for you at the airport in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. He will bring you directly to your apartment and help you with the luggage. If you reserve an apartment for more than 7 days, transfer will be free of charge. If you decide to get an apartment on your own, tell us about your arrival in Odessa in advance and our manager will wait for you near the apartment. Keep in mind that you can always call us.

3. Is Odessa a safe place for tourists? Yes, absolutely. Odessa is a tourist city. You can be especially sure of your safety if you are staying in city centre.

4. Can I use my credit cards in Ukraine? Of course you can. However, we also recommend that you take both credit cards and cash. While most restaurants and stores accept Visa and Master Card, not all of them do. We don’t recommend that you rely on Discovery or American Express cards or Traveller Cheques. If you would like to withdraw money from your credit card there is usually a 3-5% bank fee and cashing Traveller’s Cheques can be an expensive and tedious process.

 5. Can I bring my pet? Bringing a pet is not forbidden, but you must remember that you are responsible for the apartment’s condition as well as the furniture. Some landlords may not be willing to rent to clients with animals. If this is a possibility you would like to pursue, please be sure to inform us in advance and in detail through our booking form.

 6. What if my flight is delayed?  If you arrange a transfer through us, be assured that our driver will meet you at any time as we work 24/7. If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours and you used our free transfer, we will send a driver again and in this case we will charge the standard $20 for Airport transfer. Please remember that from 20.00 till 9.00 there is a price increase of 5$.

 1. What is included in the rental fee and are there any extra charges? The price of the apartment includes all expenses for hot and cold water, electricity, local phone calls, the Internet and so on. Accommodations also include the basic necessities: towels (kitchen and bath), bed linen, soap, toilet paper, and so forth. The apartment is cleaned before check in and weekly along with a change of linen and towels. Daily cleaning is available upon request for small additional charge).

 2. Are phone calls included in the payment? Can I make international phone calls?  All local phone calls are free. You can’t make international calls because this service is not available in the apartments. Making an international call isn’t a problem though, as there are a lot of public phone booths in the down-town area where you can call abroad quite cheaply.

 3. What does “high-speed Internet in the apartment” mean? Does it mean that there is a computer in the apartment?  No. While there may be high-speed Internet available in the apartment, it doesn’t mean that there is also a computer in it. Check the apartment description details. When there is Internet connection in the apartment – it can be either WI-FI or cable service. There is a CD (with drivers) in the apartment. All you need to do is just install it on your computer. In most of the apartments there are instructions on how to do it, or our manager can help you. If you don’t bring your laptop with you, we can provide one for an additional charge.

 4. How long does the reservation stay valid in cases of no-show? In this case, when a client doesn’t come on their scheduled date, it is YOUR duty to inform us about such changes. Call us or send an e-mail on the day of your scheduled arrival. Otherwise, apartment will remain booked in your name till 12.00 of the next day. After 12.00 the apartment is available for rent to other clients.

 5.  What are the check in/out times?  Check-in time is 13.00-14.00; check-out time is 12.00

 6.  Can we check-in earlier? Can we check-out after 12.00?  Earlier check-in is only possible if the apartment is available beginning the morning or the day before your arrival. If you would like to have a guaranteed early check-in, you need to pay for the night before your arrival. Late check-out is only possible if the following client is scheduled to arrive in the evening.  If you would like to have a guaranteed late check-out, you have to pay for the night after your departure date. Contact us and we will arrange everything.

 7.  Should I pay more if somebody wants to join me? How many people can stay in the apartment?   There will be no extra charges for additional people, as you pay for the apartment, not for the number of guests.  However, you must remember that the number of guests is limited by the number of rooms in the apartment: i.e., a 1-room apartment can be occupied by only two people, 2-rooms – by 4 people, and 3-rooms – up to 5 people. Let us know how many people will be staying with you through the reservation form.

 8. What if something breaks in the apartment?   If something happens in the apartment, contact us immediately and we will fix all possible breakages as soon as possible.

9.  What if we don’t like the apartment?  All the website photos are real and not touched-up. The information and photos are regularly updated with true and to the minute descriptions and information.
