The easiest way to rent an apartment - our website.
Using our searching system choose the apartment you like the most and fill out the preliminary booking form. You also can write us a letter with description of everything you would like to have in the apartment and we will offer you appropriate variants.
In this form point out all necessary information and also a form of payment that is easiest for you to pay the deposit. If this apartment is available, you will receive a booking confirmation. If it’s occupied, we will offer you alternative variants. You will receive an answer for your query during 24 hours
After receiving our answer send the final booking. Booking is considered confirmed with deposit for the first night of your stay. You choose the most comfortable method of payment - PayPal, Western Union, bank transfer or other ways of payment, indicated on the website. You pay 1 night rate deposit. As soon as we receive deposit we will e-mail you confirming your reserved dates and receipt of your deposit since that moment the apartment is reserved by you. The balance should be paid on arrival in cash, payments may be made in US dollars, Euro, local currency — grivna.. Also a security deposit is to be taken in the amount of 50-100$. This is a refundable deposit and it will be refunded on the day of your departure in case nothing is damaged in the apartment.
No changes from our side will be made without your reconfirmation. In case of force-major we keep our right for changing the apartment that was confirmed but only for a better quality apartment and the price would remain the same.
If you ordered a transfer from the airport, our driver will be waiting for you at the airport in the arriving hall with the sign with your name. He will bring you to the apartment and help you with your luggage.
Standard check in time is 14.00; check out time is 12.00. If you want to check in earlier or check out later, contact us and we will try to arrange everything.

In case the period of your stay in apartment is from 1 to 3 nights we can’t guarantee the
particular apartment chose. In this case we offer you two ways of reserving.
1 If you pay one night rate deposit we guarantee the apartment of the same or better class as booked, same location and as close as possible to the ordered apartment.
2. If you don’t pay the deposit, we will not be able to guarantee the same class apartment but we will let you know which apartments are available upon your arrival.
Cancellation policy.
In case of booking cancellation for guaranteed booking the deposit is not refundable. But In cases of postponement the trip we may be able to salvage the deposit for a later date of your arrival. Contact us if you have this type of questions and we will do our best to help you.
